In recent years, due to the difficulty in recruiting sufficient workers in the packaging industry, many enterprises have begun to adopt a large number of methods
Automatic die-cutting machine。However, friends of the die-cutting section often report that after using the device for a period of time, there may be paper breakage. What is the reason for this?
1、 The small openings knocked out or sawed out by the die cutter are not suitable.
(1) The small opening is mainly in the direction of paper movement, and the left and right sides can be closed or opened slightly smaller.
(2) Try to make small openings on the finished box, which can be stuck inside or folded inside.
(3) If there are discontinuous holes on the paper, it is necessary to use a die-cutting knife to punch holes along the feeding direction on the die-cutting board to prevent the waste paper in the holes from falling on the steel plate and being dragged into the indentation line, causing product creases and fractures.
(4) If the paper is thin and has high strength, the opening should be small, shallow, or narrow; If the expected value of the paper is high and the strength is poor, the opening should be more, deeper, or wider.
(5) If the edge of the finished box is flat, the opening should be multiple, deep, and wide. If the edge of the finished box is hooked, the opening can be smaller, shallower, or narrower because the paper edge and the finished product will hook together.
(6) The faster the machine runs, the greater the acceleration and tension when pulled out of the stationary forming position. More connection points are needed on the printed board to avoid breakage, and the openings need to be more, deeper, and wider.
2、 Reasons for adhesive tape on die cutting plate
The adhesive strips on wax paper are attached to both sides of the die-cutting knife to bounce the paper off the die-cutting knife after each die-cutting. If the adhesive strip is flattened, the height of the adhesive strip is lower than the height of the knife, or the adhesive strip is adhered too little, or the adhesive strip falls off in the die-cutting knife, the die-cutting paper will stick to the die-cutting knife. At this point, if the teeth get stuck, the paper will break. In addition, sticking adhesive tape by hand instead of a sticker can also cause paper breakage under high pressure if the tape is accidentally applied to the surface of the tape. Therefore, it is necessary to check and replace the adhesive strip in a timely manner.
3、 Die cutting pressure is too high
If the pressure in die-cutting is too high, or if the pressure in a certain area is too high, deep knife marks will be pressed on the steel plate, and the knife marks will hook up the incision of the paper, causing it to break and be broken. Solution: Adjust the paper pressure to make it suitable and uniform< br>
4、 The problem with indentation molds
Long storage time or poor quality, improper storage environment, blurry indentation, and adhesive on the surface. Under high pressure, it will stick to the paper, and some talcum powder can be applied appropriately. The surface of the indentation die is not smooth, or the indentation die loses its adhesion due to the invasion of paper scraps and dust during the forming process, which can also hook up the paper and break it; The indentation mold needs to be replaced or repaired with glue< br>
5、 Die cutting machine teeth problem
During the use of the die-cutting machine, if the thickness of the paper changes significantly, it is easy to cause the paper clamp to lose elasticity and cannot hold the paper. Some paper clamps may exert excessive tension on the paper, leading to paper breakage; The paper clamping teeth should be adjusted in a timely manner to ensure that the paper is pulled evenly< br>
In addition, in practical operation
Automatic die-cutting machineDuring the process, based on the actual situation, analyze specific problems, identify and solve them.
