Computer engraving machine在很多行业都有广泛的应用。它是通过计算机向雕刻An instrument used by a engraving machine to issue instructions and carve text and images onto the carved object. So how do we choose a suitable computer engraving machine?
By observing the operation of the computer engraving machine, it can be seen that under the instructions of the computer, the blade tip on the tool holder can make agile horizontal, vertical, and oblique movements. When carving horizontally, the paper does not move the knife holder and is a horizontal drawing of engraving. Vertical movement refers to the longitudinal movement of the paper under the force of the guide roller and pressure roller, while the vertical drawing of the engraving means that the tool holder does not move. Skimming and oblique stroke is the simultaneous action of the knife and paper, with the paper moving slowly in the longitudinal direction, the knife moving slowly in the transverse direction, the blade pointed diagonally, the paper feeding blade facing outward, and the paper withdrawing blade facing inward. The knife can rotate 360 degrees. However, regardless of the horizontal and vertical directions, the cutting edge always faces the feed direction for carving.
Computer engraving machinePerformance and technical indicators:
Knife pressure: Knife pressure refers to the pressure of a computer engraving machine's cutting tool relative to the cutting paper. The knife pressure is set according to the different thicknesses of the carving material. In practical applications, there is still a problem with tool tip adjustment. For example, when carving advertising film, the blade and pressure should be adjusted to the extent that the film is not easily carved and peeled off.
Speed: Carving large characters is fast, carving small characters is slow. The speed specified by the manufacturer refers to the continuous adjustment of the carving speed of the straight C-shaped machine due to changes in strokes.
Accuracy: There are two requirements for accuracy, mechanical accuracy and positioning accuracy. Mechanical accuracy can be judged from noise. The computer engraving machine generates noise when running. It is necessary to distinguish whether the noise generated by regular tool holder movement or irregular noise. Positioning accuracy refers to the degree to which the knives overlap when the stroke is closed. The positioning accuracy cannot be seen. The positioning accuracy of imported models is less than 0.1mm, while that of domestic models is less than 0.127mm.
Width: Refers to the feed width of a computer engraving machine. Due to the limited space occupied by the pressure rollers on both sides of the paper guide roller of the computer engraving machine, the width of the horizontal engraving on the tool holder is smaller than the width of the paper feed. Width refers to the width of the paper feed. There are currently several specifications for computer engraving machines, including 600rnln, 700mm, 900mln, and 1200mm. The early product 450mm has been phased out.
There are professional and non professional types of computer engraving machines, with significant price differences. Low noise, high speed, high precision, high reliability, wide paper feeding width, moderate price, and good after-sales service are your better choices.
